Perez.com Productions, LLC Originally established 1990 as Apex Productions, a sole proprietorship in Santa Cruz, Calif., and joint venture known as BayNewsVideo. 
Web content production, web development, video and multimedia acquisition, editing and DVD development. Relocated to San Diego area 1999. Central Coast projects included electronic field production for nationally syndicated programs, writing collaborator, freelance writer on books and book proposals, various marketing clients, web sites and print publications and free-lance broadcast journalist  for Central Coast radio and TV stations.
